Booking Policy
A deposit of 25% is due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice to book. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before delivery.

An additional cleaning fee of $50.00 may apply if the rental is muddy or excessively dirty.

Once we arrive on-site we are unable to provide a refund, raincheck, or credit.
Regular Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be provided for inclement weather events and circumstances deemed excusable by River Region Inflatables, LLC. In the event of a non-excused cancellation, the full amount of the rental may be refunded, although the deposit will be non-refundable.
Deposits are a fee for holding your reservation and is included in the listed price for rentals.
You may cancel your reservation 6-9 days before and receive a raincheck. In the event of a raincheck, we will hold the deposit you paid. You will have 6 months to book another rental with us and we will apply the deposit to that event. If you do not rebook within 6 months your deposit is nonrefundable.
Weather Cancellation Policy
As a safety precaution, if it is actively raining or storming we reserve the right to cancel your order. If the forecast is uncertain we will contact you to discuss your options.
